- Invoiced only after formal acceptance.
- Includes professional copyediting & PDF production.
- Covers permanent open-access hosting & DOI.

Payment Rules & Policies
CIJ charges a modest Article Processing Charge (APC) to cover editorial, peer review, and publication costs. APC details are clearly communicated to authors before final acceptance.
Author Submission Process
Register/Login to the CIJ Author Portal and start "New Submission".
Enter metadata, upload manuscript, and pay the $25 Submission Fee.
Manuscript undergoes Editorial Screening and Double-Blind Peer Review.
Upon successful acceptance, pay the APC Charge to move to production.
